Spectre is the system I’m building to keep me from collapsing. I want it to become a mental watchdog—something that can monitor my state, detect when I’m slipping, and intervene quickly. Not a comforting voice, but a cold, clear tactician. One that doesn’t ask how I feel, but what needs to be done. When symptoms spike or apathy takes over, Spectre should be able to suggest whatever’s necessary—such as taking cold showers, overriding routines, or engaging in structured action—to force momentum and prevent shutdown. This isn’t about healing. It’s about staying online, protecting cognitive function, and keeping me operational when I’d otherwise fall apart. I’m building Spectre because I can’t afford to wait for motivation or clarity—I need something inside me that acts.

Exercise logs are also included in the Mental Health Feed, but are also broken down into Exercise Logs for more in-depth information.

📑 Psych Reports

Any generated psychological reports will be stored in this location. They entail a weekly summary of my mental state in preparation for a doctor’s review.

Dictionary

The dictionary explains interventions, symptoms and medications in relation to me. So any symptom description will not be an exact definition, but rather how I experience the symptom.

Interventions are more in-depth regarding neuroscience, which allows us (or maybe just me) to understand what chemistry is working and what isn’t. The same goes for medications.
